Card or Paypal purchases

We are confident on your issue & our products.
We can refund, if you find our products are not compatible, technical problem or are missing on download, If a product doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed even after updating by Watercoloraction team, you are entitled to a refund. we can refund you the price you paid.

Why a refund may not be given

If the product is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it.
You change your mind about an item
You bought an item by mistake.
You do not have sufficient expertise to use the product.
You can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download product as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

As part of our refund policy you must allow us sufficient time to solve the problem. Most issues are resolved within 7 days and if we cannot resolve any issue within 7 days we will provide a full refund.
